The course of PT-58 includes a ferry ride of 2 x 3 km, to the island of Udo. If the ferry is not sailing or if it will be risky to be able to go back to the main island (the ferry is not operating in the evening) then the alternative course should be taken. It is wise to prepare for both and bring a permanent sheet for both the main course and the alternative course.
