거리: 210km 상승고도: 1,356m 제한시간: 14:00 출발점: 서울 반포 도착점: 서울 반포 코스설계자: Jason Ham Last Update : 2023. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HeQymz_klwNAEqB6jN_HpfoI9qoF5EuG?usp=sharing PT-03 퍼머넌트는 2014년 서울 200 서쪽의 유산입니다. 이 브레베는 반포대교 남단에서 출발해서 한강 자전거 도로를 따라 아라뱃길로 갑니다. 아라뱃길 서해갑문 직전에 북쪽으로 방향을 틀어 시골길을 따라 초지대교를 넘어 강화도로 들어갑니다. 우리는 강화도를 시계방향으로 돌며 첫 번째 컨트롤인 동막해변을 지난 다음, 석모다리까지 해안을 따라 달립니다. 석모도에서는 시계반대방향으로 돌면 서쪽에서 두번째 컨트롤을 지납니다. 다시 강화도로 돌아와서는 강화읍으로 가는 작은 업힐을 넘어 강화읍에 있는 세번째 컨트롤에 도착해서 체크 도장을 받은 후, 아침에 건너왔던 초지대교를 향해 강화도 동쪽의 아름다운 평지길을 내려옵니다. 초지대교를 건너기 전, 우리는 네 번째이자 마지막 컨트롤에 잠시 멈췄다가 아침에 강화도로 오던 길을 되돌아 서울 반포대교 남단으로 되돌아 옵니다. 총거리: 210km The PT-03 permanent is the legacy of the Seoul 200K-west brevet of 2014 and starts on the south side of Banpo Bridge and goes west along the Han River bike path all the way to the Ara Waterway. It follows the Ara Waterway almost to the end, before the route turns north via country lanes to reach the southern bridge to Ganghwa Island. In a clockwise direction we follow the coast, passing by the first control at Dongmak Beach. We stay along the coast until the Seongmo Bridge, from where we circumnavigate the remote island of Seongmo in an anti- clockwise direction; on the west side we find the second control. Back on Ganghwa Island we do a small climb inland heading to the island's main town, Ganghwa-eup, where we have our brevet cards stamped at the third control. The route then heads to the same southern bridge we passed in the morning, following a beautiful and flat road winding along the east coast of Ganghwa Island. Before leaving the island over the bridge, we stop for the fourth and last control. From there on we ride the same way back all the way to Banpo Bridge in Seoul. Distance: 210km.
